• What to Bring to Lessons: Family-friendly swimsuit or swim trunks, towel, goggles, and a swim cap for swimmers with long hair.
• Food/Drink: No food is permitted on the pool deck. Water is allowed in plastic bottles or closed thermoses only. Glass containers are not permitted.
• Swim Diapers: All children under the age of 3 and anyone not fully potty trained must wear two swim diapers: a disposable swim diaper underneath and a reusable swim diaper over top. Staff will check swim diapers before swimmers enter the pool.

Please note that instructors are subject to change. Occasionally, instructors may become unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or staffing changes. Hudson Valley Swim® reserves the right to make temporary or permanent instructor changes when necessary.

• Make-up lessons are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
• There are no refunds for missed swim lessons.
• Classes cancelled by Hudson Valley Swim® will be rescheduled during make-up week following the end of the session.
• We do not provide refunds for voluntary withdrawals or missed classes. In certain situations, account credits for unused lessons may be considered when sufficient advance notice is provided. Credits will not be issued retroactively for lessons missed without notice, as class spots are reserved specifically for each swimmer.

If classes are cancelled, notifications will be sent via email and text message to all accounts with communication preferences enabled.
