We do not require any specific background or work experience to be considered for our swim instruction franchise. In fact, we do not even require that our Franchise Owners be proficient in swimming! We are confident in our ability to train franchisees to successfully duplicate our business system and hire qualified instructors. Consequently, we are simply seeking individuals who possess good business acumen, a great work ethic, and are committed to following our successful system of operation.
