Swim instructors Alejandro & Roccio are both very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic, they give you the motivation to keep going to achieve that goal you set. They have both exceeded my expectations and have impacted on my learning experience.
I went from being terrified of water to being able to confidently swim the entire length of the pool in just a few months, I continued with the classes to work on developing those skills and techniques, but I could not do this without the entire team’s support.
I highly recommend using their service for both kids and adults.

I'm glad I found you after searching so much, I called you and a lady answered and my language limitations were still there but I called again and Nick answered... read more who turned out to be the owner and again my language limitations got me thinking but what a surprise Nick said messages which was perfect for me we did the registration and he helped me with everything we had to do for my two girls they loved the swimming lessons my girl with special needs has her private lessons and my other girl has the regular ones they both like it and I also like that the instructors we have have the patience to teach and do it well thank you Edgar and Torre once again thank you Nick. so you know if you are looking for your children to learn to swim these are the right ones they will learn to swim not to play and sit which is what I have seen in two previous places that I visited

My name is Chris R. I’m an adult longtime swimmer who can be considered as avid. I’ve felt and known my technique... read more was off since the pandemic and aggravating an old shoulder injury. I signed up for adult lessons after observing the Hudson Valley Swimming team give lessons throughout the summer at my gym. And so even though I was little embarrassed to need lessons, I felt very at ease and confident in their approach and professionalism.
The sign up and app was easy.
From the first lesson, Mike, the instructor, evaluated and diagnosed major flaws in my technique and changed my mental approach to swimming overall. Immediately we began to work on them based on basic principles like efficiency. It has been an awakening.
Since that 1st lesson I’ve significantly improved my a) technique (reduced strokes/lap, stroke elongation, hand entry, flip turn perfection), b) efficiency (improved/reduced breathing and energy output), c) speed and d) overall understanding of swimming (ie dont breath on the first stroke after a turn) and my technique. Equally important Ive had a better swimming experience and reduced the likelihood of injury.
Note - I have been swimming for years and swam and took lessons at the premier swimming facility in Stamford. This was the first time I’ve seriously seen and felt improvement. Mike and the Hudson Valley Swimming team are great and again I recommend them.

Matt and Nick have being really flexible with my schedule and they were able to place us on make up classes even on a last minute call!!
