Welcome to Hudson Valley Swim® of the Main Line! We are thrilled to introduce our premium swim school, proudly owned and operated by Jen Lang. Jen joined the Hudson Valley Swim family to make a meaningful impact by offering exceptional swimming lessons to individuals of all ages, starting as young as 4 months old. Her commitment to saving lives through water safety drives every aspect of the school's mission.

Jen’s love for swimming began in her childhood, spending countless summers by the ocean and in the pool. While at Penn State, she deepened her connection to the water through swimming and lifeguarding courses. These formative experiences shaped her passion for teaching life-saving swimming skills and empowering families to enjoy the water with confidence and safety. With a professional background that spans decades in the benefits consulting industry, Jen brings unparalleled expertise in management, customer service, and delivering quality-focused results.
