As you know, the need for parents to know their role in water safety is imperative to keeping children safe. Many of our techniques and guidelines are discussed in our articles.
Hudson Valley Swim has provided swim instruction for infants, children, and adults since 2003. Our teaching approach has been shaped through years of hands-on experience and refined to support swimmers at every stage of development.
In addition to teaching proper swim technique, we place a strong emphasis on water safety education to help younger swimmers develop safer habits and greater confidence both in and around the water.
Our location will be closed from August 23, 2026 through July 2027. We look forward to seeing everyone back in the pool next season!
