Since I noticed the professional staff of Hudson Valley swim during my swims, I figured I would give it a whirl! Boy, am I glad I did! I just signed up for my third session. Don’t be fooled that this is only meant for kids and new swimmers… they have classes for all levels and they will make one to accommodate you. So easy to schedule. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’m making. Before I leave each session, I get goals for me to complete through the week until my next check point. It is definitely tailored to exactly what I need. Highly recommend! I will continue to work with them until I am the fastest swimmer in Triathlons to come!!

We are so happy with our decision for numerous reasons. One – They truly care and want to teach and instruct your children correctly. They are real professionals each and every lesson. They are collectively invested in the development and safety of your children in the water. Two – We are seeing tangible, positive results real-time each lesson. Our girls are improving in their water survival skills such as floating and other techniques. It provides us peace of mind when seeing our girls in the water and knowing they are learning life-saving skills. Three - Their instruction modes are fun and resonate well with the girls. They are having fun and really enjoy going to their lessons. The instructors will sing nursery rhymes and play games while teaching your children. Four – They take the time to discuss your child’s progress and things to work on, as well as providing needed feedback on their progress. Five – We took a trip to Aquatica in Orlando and we saw firsthand our daughters using some of their skills and techniques they were taught at HV Swim NW Tampa @ LA Fitness in Lutz. Six – We have tried other swimming lessons from other nearby facilities, and quite simply, the level of instruction was sub-par, their care for proper instruction was missing, raised swim lessons rates on us, and more often than not, constantly rotated instructors weekly so they did not know your child’s strengths and weaknesses, etc. Simply put, this was a great investment in the water safety and development of our children. We are very happy with their great services and swim instruction to date.
