Make-up Policy
Makeups are based on availability.
There will be no refunds for missed swimming classes.
Swimming classes that we cancel will be rescheduled during makeup week (following the end of the session).
We do not provide refunds. If you cannot attend the lesson, at best we will credit your account for the unused portion of your tuition provided you let us know well in advance. If you simply stop attending and expect a refund or a credit, you are holding a spot from another student and we will neither refund you nor credit you after the fact.
Bad Weather Procedure
In the case of bad weather, including thunderstorms, you should call our office at (845) 226-3456. If we do cancel, we will send emails and texts to all accounts provided the account is configured to receive communications.
