Alan has more than 30 years of executive management experience, while Mindi brings 6 years of personal training experience and 15 years as an elementary and pre-school teacher. "We consider each of our swim families and students as an extended part of our own family and are committed to providing the area’s best swim lesson experience to all of our existing and new students."
Krishna is an accomplished IT Project Manager with over 13 years of experience leading infrastructure, cloud, regulatory, and compliance initiatives across the banking, publishing, and insurance industries. Her expertise lies in driving complex technology programs that balance innovation, efficiency, and regulatory integrity. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Krishna thrives on creating solutions that strengthen business performance and deliver lasting value. Parag is a seasoned Senior Merchandising Planner with more than 15 years of experience in retail leadership and management. Parag is passionate about merchandising strategy, business analytics, and developing high-performing teams. His work reflects a deep commitment to understanding consumer behavior, optimizing product performance, and driving sustainable business growth. Outside of their professional lives, Krishna and Parag are devoted parents who love spending quality time together as a family. They enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling, and embracing an active lifestyle. Their approach to life reflects the same dedication and teamwork they bring to their professional pursuits. Together, Krishna and Parag are thrilled to introduce the Hudson Valley Swim Lesson Program to Central New Jersey (Raritan Valley), where families and individuals can build swimming confidence, learn essential water safety skills, and become part of a supportive, active community.
