Pool Type: Indoor heated pool (85 degrees)
Free Parking
Entrance: Enter through front door and walk to arrive at pool deck. A member of the Hudson Valley Swim Team will be there to greet you.
Changing Facilities: The management at Staybridge Suites - Tyler University Area will allow us to use the restrooms near the pool for changing. Please arrive ready to swim and use the facilities provided to change out of wet clothes following your class. This will help avoid crowding and keep the area available to hotel guests as well as our swimmers.
Viewing Area: Ample space on deck to view classes. Please do not hover over classes or coach your child unless the instructor has asked for your assistance. Parents must remain on deck during lessons. This is not a "drop-off" activity.
What to Bring to Lessons: Family-friendly swimsuit or swim trunks, towel, goggles, and swim cap if the swimmer has long hair.
Showering: Showers are not available.
Food/Drink: No food is allowed on the pool deck. Water only is permitted and must be in a plastic bottle or thermos. Glass or open containers are not permitted.
Swim Diapers: All children under the age of 3 and anyone not fully potty trained must wear two swim diapers: a disposable swim diaper underneath and a reusable swim diaper over top. Staff will check swim diapers before swimmers enter the pool.

Make-up Policy

Makeups are based on availability.
There will be no refunds for missed swimming lessons.
Classes that we cancel will be rescheduled during makeup week (following the end of the session).
We do not provide refunds. If you cannot attend the lesson, at best we will credit your account for the unused portion of your tuition provided you let us know well in advance. If you simply stop attending and expect a refund or a credit, you are holding a spot from another student and we will neither refund you nor credit you after the fact.

Bad Weather Procedure

In the event of severe weather, including thunderstorms, please call our office at (903) 817-1777 for the latest updates.

If lessons are canceled, we will notify families via email and text message, provided your account is set up to receive communications.
