Entry/Exit directly to pool area.
Showers and changing pods on deck (please arrive wearing swim attire) - Locker rooms are not to be used.
Non-Members are welcome
7 or 8-week sessions meet once a week (session length depends on the season)
Swimmer should bring towel and goggles and bathing caps if the swimmer has long hair
Children under the age of 3 MUST wear 2 swim diapers. A disposable under and a reusable over. All children will be checked prior to entering the pool.

We do not provide refunds. If you cannot attend the lesson, at best we will credit your account for the unused portion of your tuition provided you let us know well in advance. If you simply stop attending and expect a refund or a credit, you are holding a spot from another student and we will neither refund you nor credit you after the fact.

Make-up Policy

Makeup lessons are offered based on availability.
We do not provide refunds for missed lessons.
If Hudson Valley Swim cancels a class, it will be rescheduled during the designated makeup week following the session.
If you are unable to continue attending lessons, please notify us as early as possible. When advance notice is provided, we may be able to issue an account credit for the unused portion of your tuition. Credits cannot be issued after missed lessons or if you stop attending without prior notice, as your reserved class spot could have been filled by another swimmer.

Bad Weather Procedure

In the event of severe weather, including thunderstorms, please call our office at (316) 445-7946 for the latest updates.

If lessons are canceled, we will notify families via email and text message, provided your account is set up to receive communications.
